We have conducted extensive testing on atomizers that died prematurely, and have found the primary cause to be the use of unsuitable liquids. There are a lot of new liquid retailers, manufacturers and Do-It-Yourself retailers. Unlike the "atomizer-friendly" DeKang liquids carried by myPVshop.com, many of the liquids sold by other retailers are causing serious problems and shortening atomizer lifespans, sometimes to as little as a few hours.
Because of this, we have been forced to reduce our warranty on atomizers to 7 days. Please check your atomizers upon receipt to ensure they are functioning correctly. If you are experiencing problems with short atomizer lifespan, please consider changing your liquids.
If you are using DeKang liquids and experiencing problems, please let us know immediately. We've tested all their flavors, and there are some we don't carry (such as RY4) because even DeKang produces some "cloggers." Since all flavors are periodically reformulated, we need to know if a recent reformulation is a possible clogger so we can pull it from inventory and check it for problems. Your help and understanding is greatly appreciated.
The design of personal vaporizers has improved dramatically over the past several years, but it has not yet reached a point where batteries and atomizers will last for extended periods. Components should be considered as consumable and disposable, and part of the cost of electronic cigarette use is the continual replacement of worn-out components.
If you read the information available everywhere on the internet, you will find that the life of the electronic cigarette is highly dependent on proper use and care. A electronic cigarette which is used incorrectly may "die" in as little as a week, while a properly cared for electronic cigarette should last at least 3-6 weeks, and may last 4 months or longer.
For this reason, our warranty is designed to make sure you receive a properly functioning electronic cigarette that is not dead-on-arrival or shortly thereafter. It is your responsibility to learn how to use and care for your electronic cigarette and take the necessary steps to maintain it.

Atomizers are unconditionally guaranteed for 7 days from the date of delivery. Simply notify us via e-mail and return the product for a free replacement or full refund. Atomizers are conditionally guaranteed for 30 days from the date of delivery. If the component is returned to us and our inspection determines that the electronic cigarette failed for reasons other than unsuitable liquids or improper use and maintenance, we will promptly send a free replacement.
Batteries are unconditionally guaranteed for 15 days from the date of delivery. Simply notify us via e-mail and return the product for a free replacement or full refund. Batteries are conditionally guaranteed for 30 days from the date of delivery. If the component is returned to us and our inspection determines that the electronic cigarette failed for reasons other than improper use and maintenance, we will promptly send a free replacement.
Chargers are covered by a 60 day warranty. If your charger should fail simply return it for a free replacement or refund.
Passthroughs are unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days from the date of delivery. Simply notify us via e-mail and return the product for a free replacement or full refund.
Please do not use your charging case as your primary charging device. The internal battery is a lithium-ion battery which has a limited number of charge cycles. If you use it as your primary charger, you will wear out the battery much faster than just using it to keep your batteries topped off.
Charging cases are guaranteed for 30 days. If your charging case should fail simply return it for a free replacement or refund.
Cartridges and liquids are consumables, and are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Check the package and container seals carefully before opening, and if you believe you may have received contaminated products, please notify us immediately.
The conditions listed above apply to the individual components of all kits. In addition, if you are not fully satisifed with any kit, return the entire kit along with all original packaging within 15 days of the date you receive it for a full refund of your purchase price. If items are missing from the returned kit, you will only receive a partial refund. If a free shipping option was chosen during purchase, a shipping charge of $4.99 may be deducted from your refund.

In the past, we have sent out replacement parts immediately in exchange for a promise to return the defective parts. Due to low follow-through on the promise (less than 30% of the parts were ever returned), we have had to begin strict adherence to our warranty policy. We will now send out replacements only after receiving the defective components. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we had to make a choice between raising our prices or enforcing our warranty policy. We hope you'll agree that enforcing the policy makes more sense.
