The RN4062 Electronic Cigar
DISCONTINUATION and WARRANTY MODIFICATION
Due to ongoing quality control issues, we will be temporarily discontinuing the RN4062 product line. This suspension will become permanent if the manufacturer is unable to once again produce a quality product which, from all evidence, appears to be the case.
We are reducing all products on this page to below-cost prices to clear the inventory, BUT ALL PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTIED AGAINST DOA (Dead On Arrival) ONLY!
Even though the manufacturer claims the atomizer problems have been fixed, almost 1/2 of the atomizers are only lasting 1-2 weeks and only about 1/4 are lasting the normal 6-8 weeks.
We apologize for the problems with the RN4062 and we are currently looking for a suitable replacement. Discussions with other retailers have revealed the the DSE701's are experiencing the same problem which leads us to believe they are built at the same factory to slightly different specifications. Unfortunately, that also means that the next-best cigar on the market is not an option at this time. In addition, the new model cigars use cartomizers and only produce about 60% of the vapor and their sealed battery compartment makes charging inconvenient and battery replacement impossible. Since we don't believe these are a suitable alternative we won't be carrying them.
We will continue checking the market for new products and we will periodically be receiving small batches of both new products and RN4062's for testing to see if the quality issues are solved. As soon as we find a suitable quality product, we will again be carrying a cigar model. In the meantime, we're recommending the RN4072 as an alternative. Although it doesn't produce the amount of vapor that the RN4062 produces (appx 80-90%), the quality (taste and feel) of the vapor is nearly identical to the RN4062.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to resolve this situation as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality we all expect.

The RN4062 Battery is a very-high capacity lithium-ion battery. With a rating of 360maH, this battery lasts a long time.
This battery also fits the Joye510 Passthroughs, and has a higher capacity than the original battery.
