myPVshop.com uses USPS Delivery Confirmation for all shipments. We will not be responsible for missing shipments when USPS shows the order as 'Delivered'. If your delivery situation is not secure (i.e. you live in an apartment complex where packages are left in common areas, or you've had prior experience with mail theft) please request 'Signature Confirmation'. This will ensure that your mail carrier delivers the package into your hands.

Same-Day Shipping

All orders received by 4:00 pm Pacific Time (Monday thru Friday) will ship the day the order is received.

GREEN Shipping

We encourage our customers to help care for the environment by offering a deep-discount GREEN shipping option, using the fast and reliable delivery service of USPS Priority Mail. This option reduces waste by eliminating the gift box in which electronic cigarettes are usually shipped. Instead, we carefully package all components using 100% biodegradable and recyclable materials including the shipping box, recycled paper packaging products, and/or certified biodegradable bubble-wrap. Our shipping specialists are highly trained to ensure your package arrives damage-free. We do not recommend the GREEN shipping option if you need the box to give the electronic cigarette as a gift or for personal aesthetic tastes.

Delivery Times

Packages shipped using Priority or Green shipping are delivered in 2 days to over 90% of our customers. If you live in MN or WI, or are far from a major city, 3 days is the normal delivery time. About 1 in 500 packages take longer than 3 days due to occasional USPS sorting errors. If you live in NV or Northern California you will often receive your package the next day. International Priority Mail usually takes approximately 4-6 days.

Packages under 13 ounces can be shipped using USPS First Class, and are delivered in approximately 4 days in the Western US, 5 days in the Midwest, and 6 days in the Eastern US. International delivery time is usually 8-10 days.

Packages over 13 ounces can be shipped using USPS Parcel Post, and are delivered in approximately 5 days in the Western US, 6-7 days in the Midwest, and 8-10 days in the Eastern US. International delivery time is usually 10-15 days.

International Shipping Rates

We've faced a lot of challenges finding reliable and inexpensive international shipping. Right now, we're using USPS International Priority Mail because UPS was hitting us with hidden charges that brought shipping costs to over $30. We're using the more expensive Confirmation with Tracking option, so we've had to raise our prices a few dollars.

Normal shipping time to Canada or Mexico is 8 - 10 days.

Overnight Shipping - FedEx and UPS

We have had a few customers call us and request overnight shipping. The reason we don't offer this on the website is the cost, which is typically between $50 and $100. If you really really, really, need to have it tomorrow, call us and we can make special arrangements.
